The first step in the process after applying was an initial telephone screening where they wanted to know if you had the right qualifications for the job and then there were two in-person interviews.
Applied online on Fastenal careers website, got an email for a 5 minute phone interview. Was asked about 7 questions.Now waiting for call back. No time frame indicated for 2nd interview.

2 rounds of interviews, both taken by the general manager of the branch. The interview process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were online, asking general HR questions. It was a great experience.

Getting the interview was fast and the interview itself went well in my opinion, but the post-interview went terribly. I was asked normal questions for the position, but generally surface level.
I was given empty promises after empty promises after the interview. very unprofessional.
