3 rounds of interviews. very straightforward. first, had a conversation over the phone with one of the associates, and then went in to two different location for in person. spoke to a branch a manager and a few other team members.
Applied online on Fastenal careers website, got an email for a 5 minute phone interview. Was asked about 7 questions.Now waiting for call back. No time frame indicated for 2nd interview.

2 rounds of interviews, both taken by the general manager of the branch. The interview process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were online, asking general HR questions. It was a great experience.

Getting the interview was fast and the interview itself went well in my opinion, but the post-interview went terribly. I was asked normal questions for the position, but generally surface level.
I was given empty promises after empty promises after the interview. very unprofessional.
