Once you apply online they will contact you to do an online test. Basically the test checks your personality. Asks questions to make sure your a leader and a hunter. Called in for first interview. Want to make sure your a good people person. Don't need to know specifics of industry. About a 30 min interview, then asked to come back to meet with Rvp. Pretty quick process

a scripted interview, very mechanical, not very much room for improvisation, expected rehearsed and standard interview answers. Met with two managers in an office there were appx 15 questions. The interview took appx 30 minutes. I was passed on to the next interview. It is a three stage process.
