The interview was as basic as possible; the behavioral questions such as "tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here?, why should we hire you?" - those questions were ones people seeking employment should prepare for. A simple preparation for addressing these types of questions would make any interviewee a stand out candidate.

"Can you think of a time where you had an issue with a colleague and how the matter was resolved?"
It was by phone really nice and short , less than 5 minutes. The questions were about my time available, my previous experience, my IT skills and my location. The person on the phone sounds really nice and she answers me my questions as well

Applied online on Fastenal careers website, got an email for a 5 minute phone interview. Was asked about 7 questions.Now waiting for call back. No time frame indicated for 2nd interview.
Phone interview with HR - this was a quick call going over skills, virtual interview with IT staff member - this was a typical interview, then in person interview with hiring manager and another staff member. Last two interviews were behavioral
