easy straight forward very detail orientated work based and professional, was very informative and discussed benefits and future for company and for me as an individual. Discussed the role i would play and responsibilities that would come with it.

Interview
The interviewer was very polite and professional. He was the district manager so he had many years of experience in the company. He was honest and very straight forward. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The questions he asked were fair, in my opinion.

What is the greatest asset you can bring to this company?
The interview consists of situational questions. Like how did you handle certain situations where you had to upsell or sell a certain product. If you have a background in any type of customer service you should do fine. Also knowledge of their products are a plus.

Started with a brief phone screening, then moved to a one on one interview. The interview held at the place of work, and was given a tour of the facility. Received an offer about one week later.
