Relaxed and basic questions. Face to face at back of the store. Didn't last longer than maybe 30 minutes. If you show them you like to succeed, work hard, and make money, you'll fit in.

Apply for the job then have 2 interviews. 1st is with the direct boss then 2nd is with HR. Not a difficult process but sometimes time-consuming. A fair process is being used. They do get back to you if you're not picked.

A couple of rounds of interview. Really common questions. Interviews were done by different people. First the district manager then the regional. The regional manager was much more involved and had less questions coming off of the list.
