Fastenal Gerente General interview questions

The interview process is very mundane and basic. The questions will be your normal, run-of-the-mill interview questions. Be prepared for a second interview if the District Manager was not in your first one. The General Managers are not trusted with the hiring process themselves.

Had two interviews with the district manager and regional vice president. It went pretty smoothly I currently worked there so I wasn't meeting with some one I did not already know. All in all it was a smooth process
