I had a great interview experience with Fastenal. The process was well-structured and professional, and the interviewers created a comfortable environment that encouraged open conversation. It's a phone interview with a HR asked basic questions about education, projects and experience it was for 5-10 min and said they will get back again. No technical questions in first round.
