I applied online. I interviewed at Fabletics (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
It was very through but I did not receive a call back after the 2nd interview which being a bigger company that they are, I feel they have to inform the potential hires they interviewed so they dont wait in vain.

Interview
Quick and informative. Recruiter seemed she really liked me but at the end did not make it to the interview with the Hiring Manager. It took about 15 to 20 minutes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fabletics
Interview
Extremely long interview process, consisted of several 1 hour+ meetings. Too many people were involved which also is a telling sign of micromanagement. All interviewers were polite/nice but the interviews were extremely scripted and robotic. Most questions were situational and lacked understanding of one's capabilities nor did they tie to the current leadership values (you're flying blind). Compensation discussions happened from the start and they offer base/bonus/stock. Base is competitive however base and stock are low compared to the current market. I was not offered a role but it was also near the bottom of my list to work at as they are a pure e-commerce company ran by TechStyleOS, so for the best. They aren't really building a product as the software is built on the other companies platform.
