FI-Group interview questions

Il y a 3 entretiens (responsable, directeur commercial et DRH) et plusieurs appels entre chaque entretiens pour faire une mise au point. Le processus est très rapide, les entretiens s'enchainent et les échanges sont très agréables.

First phone interview with the junior recruiter that was kind of aggressive, asking if I know something about the company or I've applied just for ...applying...asking for my current salary and my plans for a family. The only info she gave me about the company was already written in the job post. Told me the selection process will continue with an interview in Fi Group only if I pass a practical test. This test needed to be done in max 3 days and was a presentation of the competitive research and a full marketing plan. Did the plan on time. She called me back to send me a psychological test and sat me up a video interview with a Senior Recruiter. Had the interview, received a lot of compliments for my test and professionalism. The next step would have been an interview with Fi Group managers. After a week I got a mail from the junior recruiter saying they've decided to continue the selection process with other candidates possessing a profile with greater consistency with the specific context and needs of their client.
