Le processus a eu le mérite d'être rapide (3 semaines) :
1. Entretien RH: le but est de voir si le candidat n'est pas là par hasard
2. Entretien Technique (Manager et Responsable BU)
Le but est d'évaluer les compétences techniques et humaines du candidat
3. Entretien Direction technique: c'est la clôture du processus du recrutement. Il s'agit de valider une dernière fois les atomes crochus entre fi et le candidat

Interview
Se hicieron 2 rondas de entrevista. Estuvo bien. Siento que es una entrevista moderna y bien hecha. Desgraciadamente no llegué al punto de prueba técnica pero me imagino que habría tenido la dificultad que consideren necesaria para asignar el puesto.
Muy sencillo, puestos generales que no requieren especialización ni experiencia fundamentada. Servicios de consultoría generales en el ámbito de los incentivos públicos.

Interview
There were two rounds, first with HR and afterwards with the team lead. Both included questions about specific work experiences, as well as the reason for the job search. In the second interview, the team leads try to test the candidate with their different attitudes.
