Interview
Once I was contacted by the recruiter for the staffing company, things went very quickly, the interview over the phone with them went fine and I got a good feeling. I was set up for an interview/presentation with Ericsson's training department mgr. The manager and two instructors that were in town were my audience for the presentation. Very low key interview by all. I left with a good sense that I would be hired. The next few days were a little hectic for them and they didn't get back to me or the staffing company due to a death of one of their employees in the group. Once we understood the problem was not one of dragging their feet. I was willing to wait. They got back to me, offered me the position and I had to go through the usual pre-employment stuff. I was offered a 1 year contract , which, as of yesterday , expired and was not extended due to hiring college grads to take over technical training.

Question 1
Since the presentation was one outside of their area of expertise, no real technical questions. But they were mainly concerned about how I could handle student questions and concerns during class. Such adn a student challenging a topic.
