Interview was a joke compared to interviews by big US companies. No technical questions, no check of my knowledge. Everything is personal and depends on whether the chemistry is good with your boss.

Question 1
There is nothing difficult in the intervies Ericsson is doing in its research department in Stockholm. The only thing they want to know is if you are an easy going person not going to create problems in their friendly and quiet environment.
- 3 stages of interviews
1. Technical interview with multiple interviewers discussing my previous experience
2. Technical Interview with higher level managers asking about general knowledge in telecommunication.
3. Final Interview with the leadership.
