Ericsson Customer Service Representative interview questions

What an experience I had with E/// HRSS! First interview went normal as it is and told to expect a second interview. In between the first 2 weeks after the interview took place, a date was set with E// HR for a 2nd interview, to which there were no reply or a word from E// HR at all! Talk about a large company and professionalism! Some one needs to be sacked and thats what E// is good at! Once bitten, twice shy!
