First interview was easy, but beware of the misleading representation of job title. They don't appear to actually be hiring managers in the slightest. In fact, the manager trainee is simply the beginning for everyone that works there, so essentially its paramount to applying to Mcdonalds for the 'Shift Supervisor-Trainee', and then being told that your actually being hired as a line cook....

The interview process has 3 rounds. Interview with human resources for the first round. Interview with the area manager for second round and Interview with branch manager for the final round
