The first step was an online interview, then I moved on to a branch interview with the manager (made it to round 2 out of 3). Started with a branch tour and shadowing the front desk and was given a checklist to get a sense of what the job looks like day to day. After that was the actual interview. They asked pretty standard sales and behavioral questions (lots of “tell me about a time when…”). They also wanted to know if I’d be open to relocating, helping with other tasks like car detailing if needed, and what I’d learned about the role beforehand. I practiced using Enterprise interview questions I found online and they were spot on. They want candidates who see themselves growing with the company, so highlight career goals, teamwork, and long-term interest in staying. Interviewer was 30 minutes late to the interview.
