I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2009
Interview
Shortly after applying for the summer internship at Enterprise, I received a phone call from the human resource manager asking me if I would be available for a phone interview in a few days. After I accepted she told me to be sure that I took the time to carefully study their website and learn as much as possible about the company, and that this was a very competitive internship.
The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes and consited of questions regarding my sales/service experience (mostly sales), and questions about how I had gone above and beyond my job description. I felt that overall I did fairly well, although I felt my sales experience was not as solid as she was looking for.
About 4 days later I received an email saying that they were pursuing more qualified candidates.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Duluth, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I only made it through the first round. I was initially interviewing for the internship program, and most of the questions they asked weren’t the typical interview questions. A lot of them were more situational or scenario-based. They really wanted to see how you think through problems and understand your thought process as a candidate.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Blacksburg, VA) in Nov 2020
Interview
It was a very good interview, just not great hours for me personally. The interviewer was very kind, polite, and interested in me as a person which helped the interview. seems like a great opportunity just not for me but maybe for someone else. They asked me a bunch of questions and then tried to set me up for a second interview, which I declined, again because of the hours.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
Extremely enlightening interview process, often good feedback given and very friendly team members. All members in the interview process were extremely interested in developing a relationship more than just the standard "interviewer/interviewee," and showed interest in you as a person, rather than you as an applicant. However, the interview process is extremely lengthy, with three interviews, and often a few weeks between interviews.
