First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

you have a sit down with a branch manager who asks various questions about being an employee. This all happens after the application is approved on there website. I thought the inerview was really and was really about getting to know what the employee is going to be like

very easy and straight forward. Mainly asks you about your driving record and previous work experience with customers and a high pace environment. Also, they make sure you are ok with driving all sized vehicles.
