The interview process was too broad and unclear. I didn't know who I was talking to, and that made it impersonal. Also, the position, salary, and effetive needs were not well defined.

Well-structured interview with a welcoming and professional team. The questions are relevant to the role and allow candidates to showcase their skills effectively. The interview atmosphere is relaxed, which helps put you at ease right away. The only downside is that the selection process can be quite lengthy, sometimes taking up to 2–3 months.
