Eni Spa interview questions

Informal meeting with management followed by HR interview. General questions about experience and suitability for role. If you are the right personality the chance is they will hire you. They are looking for employees who will work hard, fit in and who are mouldable to the "Eni way"

One round face to face interview only, 2 technical specialist, 1 management plus 1 HR. Take less than 2 hours with very routine and basic questions. The benefit package was not discussed during the interview but only over the phone afterwards.
