After sending resumes 200 candidates (more or less) are selected. First step is a full day of behavioural and group interviews where candidates have to solve a "round table" business case, an "in basket", an individual behavioural interview and a (simple) english test. Those who pass this first step will be contacted for an individual technical interview based on university education (economics or engineering). They want you to be extreamly motivated and interested in what you are going to do during the master.
