Met with 2 potential managers and department head, also took a brief editing test. If you have the right experience and interview well, this is a straightforward process--no tricky questions.

Question 1
Past experience in publishing, including production editing, scheduling, manufacturing
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Elsevier (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and within a few days was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Manager. He asked the usual screening questions and described the role to me beyond the JD. I then proceeded to have a face-to-face 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, then a telephone interview with a panel (2 members of his matrix team) and finally a face-to-face 1:1 by a peer of the hiring manager. After being informed that I was the leading candidate I had a breakfast meeting with the hiring manager to ask any other questions I had in an informal setting. The hiring manager also took the opportunity to talk about some of their user needs and how I could contribute.

Question 1
Give an example where I had been data-driven in my previous product management role.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Elsevier (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2016
Interview
The person from the HR team was very good at organizing the first interview, unfortunately I didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks even though the person who interviewed me said that they will let me know. So I emailed them asking for negative or positive feedback but nothing, I emailed them twice and they didn't' even bothered to replay.
Really unprofessional!
