Pretty much a regular initial interview. Very kind and no pressure, very good experience. they asked about tasks and responsibilities during my career and the experiences related to the job description
4 rounds of calls, though as the JD is very broad it is a relatively easy interview. Probably the hiring managers were unsure too what they are looking for in the candidate hence need assurance with 4 rounds

Interview
Did not meet andy HR until signing of confirmation letter. I regret, that should be a bell of alarm. Induction training non-existent. Total start-up, even if role is not into start-up.
