The hiring process is comprised by 3 stages. An phone screening with the HR manager, an interview with the Heads of Desks and an interview with the Country Manager. There where some technical questions l, some questions about your character along with some questions to check how you are thinking certain situations.
two rounds interview, hr and then team. didnt go to the third round of interview, but usually there is a third and fourth round of interviews. After the team interview they told me i would meet with a senior and then final decision
Received interview invite the day after application, it was quick call with the HR, get to know you and why you want to work with the company. They want to know how you handle rejections and cold calling.
4 rounds: HR, Senior sales, Head of Sales, managing director
