STAR technique for Behavioral and Leadership competency techniques. The interview questions tested your functional competencies and leadership competencies based on the Eaton Leadership Model. Initial phone screens with recruiter, peer, and then supervisor. On-site with multiple levels of the organization and multiple geographies to ensure alignment and overall competency.
