Eaton Product Management interview questions

The interview process was in two stages as indicated below: Telephone interview: Pretty standard telephone interview with a few competency questions and your motivation for the role. Assessment Centre: There were two interviews at the Assessment Centre, one with your potential manager and colleagues of the same function and one with the HR team. The interview with HR resembled that of the telephone interview, competency and motivation questions whereas the interview with the product management team was a bit more technical.
