Eaton Leadership Development Program interview questions

Virtual teams interview was conducted by HR with behavioral questions. Length of interview period was 45 minutes. Interview questions involved background of a candidate, academic achievements, strength, weakness as well as leadership experience.

1st round of interviews took around 30 min. Mostly "tell me of a time when" questions. Interviewer asked for information that were clearly filled during application. I was informed to wait for an answer from them within 1 to 2 weeks. I never heard from them again. I emailed the HR employee who scheduled the interview to check if they had come to a decision. I never heard back from them either. A simple "we decided to pursue other candidates" would have been nice.
