The recruiter phone screen was scheduled promptly after applying online. Then the manager took 5 weeks to schedule a phone screen. Little to no communication during this time despite reaching out. It was finally scheduled a few days before the interview with the manager's suggested availability. The manager doesn't show with no explanation given and sends a "new to the company" person to conduct the interview. Automated rejection email a few days later.
