Started with phone screen to discuss qualifications and overall benefits. Recruiter asked questions regarding knowledge. Recruiter also inquired about reason for leaving current position. The phone screen was very relaxed and provided some insight on the company.
Laborious, time consuming, drawn out and then no feedback. Multiple rounds of interviews which could have rolled up into one with better management of the process. A poor reflection on how the organisation runs internally.
