The phone interview was the first phase of the interview. It lasts 30 minutes approximately. They called on time and give general process information. Ask me some questions related to position that I apply for and at the end of interview they want me to ask them questions as well if I have any.

I really liked everyone I met. It was a positive experience. However it was a bit surprising that the hiring manager made the job offer, not HR. It made it uncomfortable to negotiate salary or benefits because it was not HR.

The screening interview was cohesive, reasonable and role oriented. The discussion with hiring manager was rather odd. Lack of interest in competences, but rather asking questions if i am married, if i have kids.
At the end of interview he suggested to talk more in person, but then changed mind. Strange and misleading.
