Worst & pathetic experience ever for senior role interviews. Total waste of time that shows the kind of work culture the organization has. Cleared first technical discussion with manager, second round was with HR which had behavioural questions, and last round was with with group head. Later the HR ghosted and shared no feedback even after more than a month. When followed-up, a simple one-liner reply that we are not moving ahead with you. This is the way they are treating senior professionals and wasting everyone's time. Indecisive interview panel incapable of taking quick decisions.

Processus fluide et clair. Premier echange avant le recruteur interne, suivi de deux entretiens avec les managers avant un entretien final avec la RH.
Les echanges etaient tres interessants et les equipes se sont montrées d'un engagement et d'une grande exemplarité tout au long du processus , y compris la phase de proposition et de négociation.
