It's a very nice interview process. A phone screen interview with two mentors and another interview with the hiring manager. Two questions on research and several questions on basic electrical engineer.

Contacté par un chasseur de tête de l'entreprise, premier contact par téléphone, on m'a proposé un entretien physique.
L'entretien s'est bien déroulé, il a duré 2 heures et le N+1 et N+2 ont réalisé l'entretien et une visite du site de production.
A l'issue de l'entretien on m'a indiqué que mon profil était retenu pour ce poste afin de commencer au plus tôt. Le chasseur de tête m'a confirmé quelques jours plus tard que je recevrais la proposition d'embauche de la part de la RH.
Quelques semaines plus tard le chasseur de tête me recontacte et m'informe que, finalement, le poste serait attribué à un autre employé qui était consultant chez eux depuis plusieurs années.
On m'a assuré qu'un autre poste serait ouvert dans les jours suivants et qu'ils désiraient me le proposer, à ce jour je n'ai pas été rappelé.
