I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview was an on campus interview for a minority leadership internship if I recall correctly. Essentially the interview consisted of questions to two different interviewers about my past experiences, interest in Eaton, involvement on campus, and coursework. The interview felt pretty formal to me. I did not receive the position. The interview focused on the character of the individuals. I believe this was the first round of a multi-step interview process.
