I applied in-person. I interviewed at Eaton (Hastings, NE)
Interview
The interview process for me was long and drawn out. I did 1 phone interview to start, then I went in and did formal interviews on two separate occasions. After these in person visits, I had a phone interview with a regional EHS representative who told me that he would recommend that the location proceed with me. After all of this, they quit corresponding with me all together. No sorry we've found another candidate that better matches what we are looking for no nothing. I sent a couple emails and left a voice message and nothing. Very disappointed in how I was strung along and then just blown off after it was all said and done.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton in Oct 2015
Interview
Met them at the career fair and handed them my resume. Got a call 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview for the next week. The phone interview was 30 minutes and it was with the HR lady. She first talked about the layout of the interview and talked about what she does at the company. Then she began asking questions and they were all behavioral questions. At the end she asked if I had any questions for her about the position. A week after the phone interview I was called and asked if I would be interested in a second round interview with and engineering manger. The second round phone interview was very simple and he basically asked questions about my resume and experience . I am still waiting on an offer, they said they would get back to me in 2 weeks.
