Eaton interview questions

I was phone screened first by a HR source, then phone interviewed by hiring manager and then was asked to come for a face to face interview by 3 managers independently.

I did two rounds of interviews for Eaton's rotation program (called something like Engineering & Technology Leadership Development Program). Both involved behavioral style questions aimed at showing how I would fit in with the company culture. They flew me out to their electrical headquarters and funded the entire process. The hotel was great and the people at the interview were very helpful. I felt like they really cared about my interests.
