I filled out the application online and then was called for a short phone interview. Once I passed that was asked to a face to face interview. It was a hiring event and ziti was crowded with many people applying. I was so nervous but everyone was friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. I interviewed with a very nice gentleman that made me feel. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Old style interview, nothing different from traditional interviews. Panel with HR people as well as managers and behavioral questions mostly. Technical questions were quite limited and saved for the second round. Happened on time but seems they were not 100% ready for the interview on their side.
