Eaton interview questions

Phone screen, then a call with HR/Hiring manager, then a half-day onsite interview consisting of a presentation, and two separate interview panels with 3 people per panel. The people I interviewed with were very professional and also polite. I felt informed and the feedback I got was swift and helpful.

Two, separate in-person interviews that lasted an hour each. Both asked very general questions about myself, many of which have already been posted on this website. Both interviewers were very laid back and welcoming. The majority of questions were to figure out my personality, and the interviewers guided me through each question, asking, for example, for an experience, and then what I gained from it, how I could apply it to other situations, etc.
