I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Morgantown, WV) in Oct 2016
Interview
Two, separate in-person interviews that lasted an hour each. Both asked very general questions about myself, many of which have already been posted on this website. Both interviewers were very laid back and welcoming. The majority of questions were to figure out my personality, and the interviewers guided me through each question, asking, for example, for an experience, and then what I gained from it, how I could apply it to other situations, etc.
