You need very well preparation of your experience and you have to be very clear about what are you saying.
Please prepare well and All the best!!!!!
I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Peachtree City, GA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I first received notice through email from HR. He helped set up an onsite interview for a hiring event (an onsite interview) after a few phone interviews (all behavioral mostly).
For the onsite interview, I got to meet with many different candidates as well. The atmosphere was very friendly and we were given a comprehensive tour through the facility, as well as lunch. Then, I had 3 one-one interviews. One was purely technical and the others were mostly behavioral. Be sure to brush up on common STAR behavioral questions, especially ones that involve working with difficult or diverse team members, tough decisions, moments of failure, etc. I was blown away by Eaton's hospitality and I learned so much about the applications of lighting and power management solutions. For anyone with an interest in these fields, I recommend applying, as the process is straight forward, the workforce is diverse, and the training program for new hires is extensive.
