I applied online. They e-mailed me to schedule a first phone screening. Two weeks later I had the first phone screening (interview) with a HR rep. Then less than a week later I had a second phone interview with HR rep and hiring manager. The next step was an in-person interview in Lachine or Toronto. Two weeks after second phone interview I received an automated e-mail telling me I wouldn't continue the process. It felt really impersonal although the company preaches to value people and had demonstrated a people approach in the earlier stages of the hiring process.
