Did my phone interview with recruiter which said she would reach back out shortly. Never heard back from her. Sent 3 emails over the next 2 weeks just checking in and not a single reply. 4 weeks later I got an automated email saying they offered someone else the job which I have no problem with. But their communication is horrible! Very bad look for Eaton when the first person you interact with is that bad at their job. Makes you wonder if that’s wide spread in the company that communication is bad.

Interview
I had a first interview with recruiter, second interview with a hiring manager, both gave great feedback. Then comes the newly appointed regional manager who decided to put the role on hold. He had the nerve to tell me what a great impression I had made on the team. Well, that is great to hear now that the job has been pulled. It was a blessing in disguise.
