Interview
Two phone interviews with corporate level HR and then a 3 hour interview/plant tour. During the in person portion the HR lady told me first thing I was dressed casually (Khakis and polo with proper PPE, same I wore to interview for job I have now) and she was shocked that I did not have a powerpoint presentation. I was not told that I needed one and have never heard of an interviewer asking for one either. Over all the interview was not too bad but it seemed a little weird that there was no technical questions at all for an engineering position. I only rate the experience as negative because the way the HR lady acted when first meeting me really threw me off.

Interview
Interview was held with a panel of three Eaton team members. They were very professional and asked intuitive questions. Also, they took the time to answer all my questions about the position and the company. If you have a chance to interview with Eaton, I would highly recommend you do so. Great people!
