Eaton interview questions

There was a scheduled drive on 8th Sep 2018 in Pune, my resume was downloaded through Naukri Portal and HR connected me for one of the position. The interview process was well explained that there will be 3 rounds (Technical, Managerial and HR). HR was cooperative enough to help me know the tentative time required for the process and also helped me to finish it early to allow me leave for work. Time slots were given to all the candidates and as they arrive there was minimal waiting time. It was very comfortable and well organized process.

Multiple interviews occurred, which took around 2-3months. The first interview was over the phone. The second and third interviews were in person and lasted two hours each. The interview included a behavioral based approach assessment.
