Stopped by the Eaton booth at a Campus Career Fair and had a nice conversation with the representative. I applied for a Co-op and was contacted a couple days later to set up an interview. Interview was conducted on-site with an engineer and hr representative.

The interview was based on behavioural/ situational questions, where they would ask you to describe a situation where you went through a specific problem and how you were successful in doing so. It was fairly straight forward but be prepared with situations already in mind.

Phone interview due to covid restrictions, garrick was friendly and helpful during interview. Process went smooth with no issues. Questions were fair and seemed like they were searching for the right candidate.
