It was ok but the interview process takes a while to organize and seems disorganized. I received an interview and weeks later another for the same position but they started from the beginning as if we haven't spoken before.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2021
Interview
Applied in Jan 2020 and received email about 6-8 weeks later that the position was closed. I looked at the website and saw it was posted again so I applied again. About 24 hours later I received a text message that asked if I had qualifications like have I worked with coatings, do I have BS in Engineering, etc. The engineering text only asked about mechanical or industrial engineering even though the position advertised for a chemical engineer. About 2-3 weeks after that I received an unscheduled call/impromptu phone interview at 5pm from the hiring manager. Received no other correspondence except rejection with no feedback about a month later.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eaton (Pune)
Interview
Very disappointing process. Openings flashing on multiple job sites but getting standard response after few weeks instead of processing profile. Looks like the openings doesn't exists but flashing for marketing.
