The interview process was simple.
Eaton shortlisted candidates for the interview based on resume. There was no written paper. They conducted 2 interviews. One was technical according to domain and second one was HR interview.

Interview
Initial call with recruiter followed by a phone interview with the Hiring manager. After this there were 2 interviews on site with the hiring manager and branch manager including the team that I was to be working with. Since the position came up due to someone leaving that person was also part of the interview process.
