I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eaton (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2015
Interview
Interviewed on phone. Two back-to-back interviews with two different individuals that lasted about 45 minutes each. Very specific situation questions. They also asked questions that were on the application like legal status, graduation date, area I lived in, requirement of sponsorship, geographic flexibility, etc. Overall very easy to talk to the interviewers and they were extremely friendly. Made Eaton sound like a fantastic place to work.

Question 1
When was a time that you were put into a position and felt like you had no direction, and what did you do to make your objective more clear?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online, a few months later received a call wanting to do a phone interview. It was pretty simple and easy going. I was then instantly invited to the assessment center in Birmingham. The assessment centre was done in two parts: morning and afternoon.
The morning consists of 4 tasks: an IQ test, written test, group presentation and a team work exercise. Once these have been completed you have lunch and await their decision about whether you will continue to the afternoon stage. If they don't want you, you leave early. I think the afternoon stage was just an interview with a member of staff.
The actual centre was in Birmingham and I found it enjoyable despite not making it to the afternoon stage.

Q: Give a 10 minute group presentation on a tricky topic set by them
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Eaton in Oct 2013
Interview
I visited their booth at the career fair and gave the recruit my resume. About a week later I was contacted to apply online through their website. I then was invited to schedule an on campus interview. The interview was set up as two 45 minute back to back interviews. The questions were all typical behavioral questions and specific questions about my resume. I thought it was a little odd their were no technical questions, but it was a fairly easy interview process.
