Interview
Simnple HR behavioral questions that revolve around what you learned from different situations. Eaton believes that by learning about your behaviors in the past, they can determine how you'll behave/react to situations in the future. In person interview was of a technical nature involving some on-paper troubleshooting. If you interview for a technical position, remember that when you discover the "fault", there is a reason it faulted and you should try to determine that reason.
