Il processo di selezione è stato abbastanza rapido. Dopo essere stato contattato telefonicamente dalla responsabile HR, ho avuto un colloquio con il manager. Nel giro di una settimana ho ricevuto il feedback finale.

primo colloquio telefonico con HR sul tuo background, successivamente colloquio con il manager di riferimento, una breve parte in lingua inglese più un case study della durata totale di 40 minuti
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
