Interview
It was the regular assessment centre, came up with individual case and a group discussion. No 1v1 interview was taken. The audit position was offline this year, which adds some difficulty, but overall it was fine and within expectation.

The interview process for an Auditor role at EY usually begins with an online application and resume screening. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete an aptitude test that checks logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and communication skills. After clearing this stage, candidates attend one or two interview rounds, including technical and HR interviews. The technical interview focuses on accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation basics, and problem-solving skills, while the HR round evaluates confidence, teamwork, communication, and career goals
