I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The whole thing was kind of rude. Have job fair, pre-interview dinner, interview that was supposed to last thirty minutes but only lasted 12, and then on-site interview. Interviewed by HR instead of by managing staff like other firms. None of the staff seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, but rather as a checklist of qualities. Did not enjoy any part of the process.

Question 1
Mostly asked about who else I was interviewing with and what I thought I was going to do on offer day, as well as why I didn't do any FLP's or anything.
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals
